Precision Engineering Meets Generational Handcraft

Discover how raw, responsibly sourced timber is seasoned, carved, and transformed into export-grade solid wood furniture.

The 6-Stage Export Manufacturing Pipeline

  • STAGE - 1Responsible Timber Selection & Grading

Every piece of furniture begins with raw wood selection. We source 100% solid hardwoods—including Acacia, Mango, Sheesham (Indian Rosewood), and Teak wood—exclusively from legally managed plantation forests. Logs are inspected for structural density, natural grain patterns, and defects before entering our processing facility.
  • STAGE - 2Kiln-Drying & Climate Seasoning

To ensure our furniture performs flawlessly in cold or dry overseas climates without cracking, checking, or warping, raw timber undergoes a rigorous seasoning process: Chemical Treatment: Timber planks are treated with eco-friendly wood preservatives to eliminate wood-boring insects and larvae. Kiln-Drying Cycles: Planks are stacked in automated seasoning kilns for 15 to 25 days, reducing internal moisture content to a strictly controlled 8% – 12%.
  • STAGE - 3Precision Machine Sizing & Frame Construction

Once seasoned, planks are planed, ripped, and cross-cut using heavy machinery to ensure square edges and accurate dimensions. Frame components are prepared according to strict architectural shop drawings to maintain consistency across bulk manufacturing orders.
  • STAGE - 4Generational Hand-Carving & Joinery

Modern machines cut the framework, but master artisans provide the structural soul and surface character: Traditional Joinery: We utilize time-tested mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints for maximum load-bearing integrity without relying solely on synthetic adhesives. Hand Carving & Detailing: Skilled woodworkers hand-carve intricate door panels, tapered bench legs, and subtle geometric reliefs using traditional chisels and hand tools.
  • STAGE - 5Multi-Stage Sanding & Eco-Friendly Finishing

Wood surfaces undergo a meticulous 4-step manual and orbital sanding process (from coarse grit down to ultra-fine 320-grit) to reveal the natural grain: Staining & Polishing: Hand-applied stains (Natural Walnut, Honey, Teak, Charcoal, or Antique Distressed) are applied to highlight grain depth. Protective Sealers: Non-toxic, low-VOC oils, natural waxes, or polyurethane lacquers are applied in dust-free spray booths to create a durable, moisture-resistant barrier.
  • STAGE - 6Quality Control & Export Packing (ISTA Compliant)

Prior to dispatch, every finished unit undergoes a 12-point quality check inspecting joint tightness, drawer glide smoothness, surface uniformity, and moisture levels: ISPM-15 Treatment: Wooden crates and pallets are fumigated and heat-treated in compliance with international shipping regulations. Drop-Tested Packaging: Items are wrapped in surface-protective foam, corner-guarded with high-density foam blocks, and sealed inside 5-ply corrugated export boxes engineered for ocean container transport.
